  • Conducted policy research and developed knowledge products—including a systematic review, technical note, and policy brief—focused on advancing Skills for Life (e.g., socio-emotional, AI, and foundational skills) for youth across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
  • Mobilized over US$1.7 million in donor funding and led strategic resource alignment to expand financing for digital education initiatives. Played a key role in securing partnerships between the IDB and the Korean Trust Fund, Ministries of Education and Finance, and other cross-sector actors to scale innovation in public systems.
  • Oversaw the implementation of US$4.2 million in education operations across seven LAC countries, providing technical guidance and quality control. Key initiatives included AI-enabled digital skills programs for girls, scalable SEL frameworks, and public-sector digital transformation strategies aligned with national reform agendas.
  • Served as the primary liaison for multi-stakeholder collaboration—bridging governments, consulting firms, and civil society actors—ensuring alignment between research-informed practices and system-level adoption
